Model General Information
Jean-Paul Routens is the son of Jo Routens, who some put on the pedestal with Rene Herse and Alex Singer as far custom French bicycle builders. JP took over the company and focus on more mainstream bicycles, over custom builds, but they were still quality, but not a Jo Routens. He also patented his own seatpost (seen in photos) and created an extralight headset that served as a basis for the Mavic 300/310 series.  Built of Reynold steel, but the decal is one that I've never seen before.
