Campagnolo Delta Brakes were offered for sale to the general public, a prototype was produced which was generally similar to the first run of Deltas, but differed in a few key features.  Shown above are rare photos of these seldom-seen brakes, which were unveiled in 1984 for one day and then withdrawn from public view. The quick-release mechanism that was dropped from production models.

These brakes, with quick release mech, can be found on page 49 of the 1986 Catalog 18bis.  They are labled as parts: 0116070 and 0116071.  Paired with their cooresponding levers the complete set is labeled as: 315/101
