General Information

From ebay auction by spanner48:

the Olympique – is believed to be the saddle used by the legendary Jacques Anquetil to break the World One Hour record in 1956, and for his first winning ride in the Tour de France in 1957. So it’s really for fast road, audax or club sports use. It has graduated lacing holes in each flank, if you want a ‘tauter’ ride. Also very light bagloops, for (very light) touring.
