Sugino triple cranks used on touring and mountain bikes.  Crankset pictured has a 50, 45, and 28 chainrings.  BCD is 110mm (large and middle chainring) / 74mm (small chainring). Cranks pictured are from 1984.  Crankset in picture features 180mm crank.
