General Information
This is the front rim from my 1964 Armstrong 3-speed.  By this point, it was a Raleigh sub-brand.  I replaced the rim with a Sun CR-18, which had a slightly smaller ERD.

Rim sidewalls are angled outward (not parallel) and so the rim width is 1" at the narrowest and 1-1/8" at the widest, with the inner width at about 13/16" and the rim height about 1/2".

Weight is for the 32h drilling.  I'm sure the 40h version weighs ever so slightly less.  :^)
