| These pumps are absolutely bulletproof! Steel tubing and brass chuck. Back then it was only available in Presta, and I believe you would need to buy a dedicated Schrader head, if it even existed. Over the years I've only replaced the rubber valve seal and cut the end of tubing where the chuck connects to due to stretching. I ordered a replacement leather washer from Bike Nashbar back in 1990 and have yet to use it. |
