Specalized wrench for tightening the bolts on the old style Campagnolo seat posts that had two bolts on the top of the post. Later versions had an "Embossed Style" of Campagnolo logo. Earlier versions had an embedded style of logo. This was one of the tools included with the late 1960s and early 1970's Schwinn Paramounts. See photo of 1969 Paramount tool set included.
