Founded in 1919 in Cloppenburg by Heinrich Kalkhoff, who initially sold bicycle parts ,from 1927 complete bikes were produced. Mainly utility bikes, but there are also racing bikes with Reynolds tubes and Dura-Ace equipment existing. Since 1988, belonging to the Derby-Cycle Group- "premium brand for comfort bikes".
