'PEKA', as I am not 100% sure it is a PEKA. Around 1980 this originally 1960s frame was prepared for an older rider of a team that had PEKA as material supplier. It could very well be that under the PEKA livery there is an old RIH, Joco or similar.
Reynolds 531 butted tubing, Nervex lugs, Campagnolo 1010 drop outs. Apart from the team livery the later modifications include several braze ons, for example on downtube for shifters and on toptube for brake cables. Moreover the shift cables are nicely guided through slots under the bottom bracket, while this previously was done with a clamp on item. The modifications are probably done by Peter Serier. |
