General Information
This ZIB saddle is on a 1937 Armstrong X-Frame cycle.  The cycle was made in Birmingham England and apparently made its way to the USA sometime around WW2 based on the fact that the cycle has US made "War Grade" Goodyear tires and US made inner tubes.  There are no markings on the saddle clamp and frame, the only mark is the stamp in the leather.
