General Information
Belgian rim (I also have an used 700C one), 
I was looking for 650C Super Baloon rims and find these marvel.

Lacked in black with 2 double parallel golden striping , they are new old stok dating of the 30ties.

The 650C is the smallest of the 650 size. It seems to have been specific to the Belgian market and are extremelly difficult to find (I'm looking for super baloon tyres 650C X 50)
