The left headbadge is brass with the paint worn or polished off. The second example is painted tin or pot metal. An identical badge was on the mudguard as well. Both badges came from pre-Raleigh Dunelt Sports models.
Smethwick is the location of the Dunelt plant which is also near Birmingham, England.
