System Message: The most recent update appears to have broken images, unfortunately it looks like another code deploy will be needed to fix it. I hope to have that done by late Tuesday evening US Central Time. Posted: 08/19/25 06:24 AM CST

General Information

A short lived innovation from SunTour, the Symmetric shifters mounted to a single braze-on boss similar to a water bottle mount.  When the rear derailleur lever was moved, a cam on the inside of the shifter body also adjusted the trim on the front derailleur.  Contrary to what has been said about these shifters, the trim feature actually does (or at least should) work in BOTH directions.  There was a lengthy discussion of these shifter on BikeForums.net.
