This is a frame built in 2016 from one of the 22 lug sets Harlan Meyer had made for the Cosmopolitans in about 1971.Experts will note the differences between this and a "original" Cosmopolitan, especially the use of Campagnolo dropouts.
Still incredibly light at 14.8 pounds. |
