| Started out as a competitor of Brooks and other leather saddles, this English brand was eventually bought out by Brooks - Sturmey Archer - Raleigh group where it become a second line of saddles below the flagship Brooks name. |

| Wrights saddles have produced a range of leather saddles which competed against Brooks and Ideale as well as a number of mattress style saddles. I haven't been able to pin down production dates for many of the Wrights saddles, but have come across a 1958 catalog which includes the model 19, 177 and 76 numbered leather saddles. The Wright W3N appears to be a later model. In addition to the saddles, the 1958 catalog includes several models of tourst bags. Wrights was eventually bought up by the Brooks - Sturmey Archer - Raleigh group of companies where they took a position as a second wrung position to the Brooks line up. |
