The famous VAR 3rd Hand tool. One of the nicest spins on this kind of tool that I have ever used. Very early examples were marked "VAR Despose"
A 4th Hand tool pulls the brake cable through the cable yoke for center-pull brakes.
A 3rd Hand tool holds the brake blocks against the rim for any kind of brakes.
