Groene Leeuw is a Belgian bicycle brand from the little city of Deinze
They started in the thirties and in cognoscienties wered famed by the stories arround the team director. (I don't want to comment more)
Usually the color patern is green with some yellow parts but you see old bikes in yellow or green with white
Often sponsored by Belgian beers (like Watneys which was brewed in Belgium for the British market)
I need to say that the quality of their frames is best described as average
