I'm no expert on rarity, but I have these rims in red with 36 spokes that came on a Bottecchia that I bought in the very late '80s; there are no Durex labels on them. I have always loved them and they look very cool!

Added a pic of my non-Durex, 36 hole examples of this model, which are also a rare black anodized version, so making them extra special 19 Extra Super Elites, if that's possible... And then, perhaps, the above 19 Extra Super Elite Durex version is the standard version with knobs on:)

From what I can tell, the DUREX label indicated the the rims were hard anodized with a coating up to .005" thick. Not sure of the difference between the standard "elite" and the "Super elite". All of these Ambrosio 19 elite rims look great but it's hard to fit some tire brands of tires on them, especially ones with folding beads.

I Have 19 Extra Elite. The difference is they are a bit heavier and have single eyelets. As for difficulty with putting tyres on: 1. go big. No issues with 700x25c 2. make sure you have steel tyre levers in your toolbox. 3. personally I find folding bead tyres easier to put on. But that could just be me being more used to them.
