General Information
Introduced along side Triomphe  in 1984, the Victory group first appeared in Campagnolo catalogs in 1985.  The two groups were discontinued in the late 1980's and replaced with Athena and the new wave of Campagnolo mid-range groupsets. Of the two Victory was of slightly better finishing, the case of the bottom bracket spindle , the Victory had a chrome/nickel finish, where the Triomphe spindle was blued. The Victory and Triomphe line also had a triple crank designated LX or "Leasure". With these triple cranks a Grand Sport bottom Bracket was use with a 112 (BSC)/ 113 (Ital) spindle.

From Bicycle Classics: Victory 109 mm 68-SS spindle, fits 1958-1987 Record Pista cranks too, FRENCH or BSC, same as Record 68-P-120 Pista except it is marked 68-SS

Details:  The Victory group was introduced in 1985, the Triomphe group first appeared in Campagnolo catalogs in 1986.
Both groups were discontinued in the late 1980's and replaced with Athena and the new wave of Campagnolo mid-range groupsets.
Triomphe and Victory were designed not only as a mid-level component but also as a legacy design to those that preferred the old Gran Sport / Nuovo Record (=> Triomphe) and Nuovo Record / Super Record (=> Victory) designs over the new C-Record.
