Headbadge Information
This is Paupitz' second headbadge design that he introduced in 1967 inspired by the Belgian beer band Jupiler. He used this shape until he closed his shop in 1992.

Heinz Paupitz, Berlin, Germany built bespoked frames for amateurs as well as for many professional racers. Anyhow he and his name were little-known all over the years and are still to this day. Characteristic for his work is a filed notch in the seat lug and that the frame number is identical to the client's birth date.
