Model General Information
From eBay Auction by rhclassics: Superb example of a late 40s frame (early bikes like this can't be exactly dated), fully chromed. Check out the wonderful details, like for ex the diamond shaped reinforcement at the FD, cable guides for rear brake cable, pump pegs, cable guide behind seat post, braze-ons for rear right stay protector, dropouts, Cyclo RD support, dynamo braze-on etc etc. Quite simply stunning if you compare if with almost any other bike of this vintage. Chrome was expensive post-war, and reserved for the best bikes that the Herse workshop was turning out.
