Blackburn made good quality aluminum racks starting in the mid 1970s. They later expanded into other cycling accessories. I bought this bench mounted stand to work on my bikes about 1992. It's not perfect but has served my need well.

Started in 1975 by Jim Blackburn when he set up tot develop improved and innovative cycling products such as bags and racks for touring bicycles. From there the product range has grown to include tools and other bicycle accessories. Today Blackburn is part of Bell Sports, Inc.
